Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal shifts through 2026 using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech, and AI advancements
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging industry paradigms
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems for disruptive opportunities
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field with 7+ years of experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology forecasting and strategic planning
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
