Responsibilities

- Develop 2026+ product roadmaps integrating AI ethics, decentralized systems, and human augmentation
- Host executive vision workshops translating complex futures into board-level narratives
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation incubator
- Author white papers on industry-defining shifts for investor and stakeholder alignment
- Build competitive intelligence frameworks monitoring global tech policy and regulatory shifts
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven expertise in futures methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of AI governance, biotech ethics, and climate tech landscapes
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (papers/patients a plus)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
