- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups
- Design resilience strategies for climate and geopolitical uncertainties
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our internal academy program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of Web3, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
