As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to develop actionable strategies that capitalize on future opportunities. You'll leverage cutting-edge research methodologies and proprietary forecasting tools to identify disruptive forces and translate them into competitive advantages.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate resilience) and their impact on business models
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to map 5-8 year industry evolution scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic investment opportunities
- Advise leadership on policy implications and ethical considerations of future technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios persuasively
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (required)
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
