Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate, and quantum computing by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizations navigating technological singularity
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic insights into executable strategies
- Produce annual 'Horizon Report' with validated predictions and risk assessments
- Advose C-suite executives on innovation portfolio allocation for 2026 market readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-relevant domains (quantum AI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
