Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks mapping technological, market, and societal trends through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce executive-grade scenario analyses and trend reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Establish KPIs to track strategic initiatives' impact on market positioning and competitive advantage
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology roadmapping
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of long-term strategic initiatives
