Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant algorithms and AI frameworks for 2026 technological ecosystem
- Lead development of ethical AI governance frameworks and bias mitigation protocols
- Manage cross-functional teams across quantum computing, biotech integration, and neuro-interfaces
- Present disruptive innovations to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Research emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development lifecycle
- Mentor junior futurists in transdisciplinary innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with demonstrated quantum/AI specialization
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough work)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or AI ethics
- Expertise in Python, Qiskit, TensorFlow, and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record scaling ethical tech initiatives to enterprise level
- Experience with ISO 42001 AI management systems
- Portfolio showcasing at least three paradigm-shifting tech deployments
