Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability for 2026 market adoption
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating next-generation technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead scenario planning workshops to anticipate disruptive shifts in global tech landscapes
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Future Studies with 8+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating insights into business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, neuromorphic computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities for diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR) preferred
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on technology transformation
