Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market forecasts and business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, AR/VR) and assess commercial viability
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into current development cycles
- Lead scenario planning workshops for disruptive technology adoption
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and tech innovators
- Author white papers on the future of human-machine collaboration
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business plans
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in futures research or strategic foresight preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with data modeling and trend analysis capabilities
- PhD or Master's in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
