Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions leveraging quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs for market disruption
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Drive patent development (15+ filings) in emerging tech domains
- Establish industry partnerships with MIT, NASA, and UN Sustainable Development
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Physics, Computational Biology, or Advanced AI
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 3+ breakthrough products
- Proven track record of securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bio, AI, etc.)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite executives
- Portfolio of 5+ patents or commercialized innovations
