- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-AI hybrid systems and neuro-interfaces
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with business strategy
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with academic labs and startups
- Present disruptive technology concepts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive patent portfolio development with 15+ annual filings target
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Biotechnology with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 20+ technologists
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Strong background in technology transfer from lab to market
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, ICP)
