- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and industry disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Partner with policy think tanks to shape regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on 2026 technology convergence scenarios
- Manage innovation pipeline with $50M+ annual R&D budget allocation
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching products with 3-5 year market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Certification in Foresight (AFS) or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with global foresight networks (WFSF, Millennium Project)
