Responsibilities

- Identify emerging disruptors through patent analysis and academic research
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business units
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build external partnerships with research institutions and startups
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or Future Studies
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years futurist/innovation experience
- Deep expertise in quantum AI, synthetic biology, or climate modeling
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech domains
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
