Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist roles
- Proven track record in developing and executing technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Strong data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
