Qualifications
- 10+ years in product/innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record launching future-oriented products (post-2025 roadmap experience)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, blockchain, or advanced robotics
- Strategic planning certification (e.g., INSEAD, Wharton) or equivalent
- Experience scaling innovation programs across global teams
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making frameworks
- Presentation skills for executive audiences with 50+ stakeholder engagements
