- Develop and implement ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and quantum applications
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior engineers on futuristic development methodologies
- Monitor global tech trends and identify disruptive opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies or R&D
- Proven track record launching at least 3 breakthrough products
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or distributed systems
- Strong background in agile innovation and rapid prototyping
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier tech journals or conferences
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding
