Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-AI integration and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, carbon-negative tech)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and tech conglomerates
- Secure $10M+ annual innovation funding through grant applications and venture partnerships
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite and board members using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Drive adoption of emerging tech standards through industry consortium leadership
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical innovation frameworks and responsible development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Systems, or Sustainable Tech with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging tech (3+ products launched)
- Expertise in predictive technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience securing >$5M in government grants (DARPA, NSF) or corporate venture funding
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations in quantum/AI fields
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and UN SDG alignment strategies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
