Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across AI, quantum systems, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams of PhD researchers, UX designers, and venture partners
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants from federal agencies and private foundations
- Develop patent portfolios with 15+ filings annually in emerging tech domains
- Coordinate with UN SDG task forces to align innovations with global sustainability targets
- Present breakthroughs at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forum summits
- Mentor 5+ innovation fellows through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum AI or neurotech
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in emerging tech governance frameworks (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Certification in Quantum Machine Learning (QML) or Advanced Neural Architecture Design
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized innovations with >1M users
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
