- Manage R&D budget and resources for innovation pipelines
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and stakeholders for executive buy-in

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, PDMA) preferred
- Experience with agile/lean methodologies in tech environments
