- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging markets (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation sprints and pilot programs
- Present future-vision briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify first-mover advantages
- Champion agile methodologies in long-term strategic planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (AI, IoT, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio of successfully implemented future-facing initiatives
