Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Design and validate pilot programs for quantum-secure systems and AGI integration
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Author thought leadership publications on sustainable tech and digital sovereignty
- Manage a $2M innovation budget with ROI tracking across 12+ projects
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with Fortune 100 experience
- Proven track record implementing future-proof technologies (quantum, AGI, bio-integration)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on AI governance or climate-tech adaptation strategies
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight
