Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
