Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype 2026-era solutions with engineering and design teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPI tracking
- Build startup ecosystems through venture scouting and corporate accelerator programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record launching products with 3+ year market impact horizons
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS) or Technology Foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable innovation frameworks
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AR/VR, decentralized systems, or neurotech
