Responsibilities

- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to incubate and prioritize moonshot projects
- Analyze market disruptions and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
- Build and lead a specialized innovation lab team of 8-10 experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or corporate venturing
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven success launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong network of VCs, academics, and industry disruptors
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovations successfully commercialized
