Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological trends for 2026 (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for innovation initiatives aligned with long-term business goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale disruptive solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts impacting future markets
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Strong background in at least one emerging technology domain (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology strategy
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
