- Quantify innovation ROI through advanced scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on 2026+ vision
- Build and manage external partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic frameworks to executive leadership and boards of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching products/strategies with 5+ year market impact
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, biotech convergence, AI ethics
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar designation
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent
- Experience with patent portfolio development and IP strategy
