Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen solutions for 2026+ market demands
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for strategic implementation
- Partner with R&D to validate concepts through pilot programs and stakeholder feedback loops
- Drive sustainability and ethical frameworks into all product development lifecycles
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members for resource allocation approvals
- Mentor junior innovators while fostering a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (Web3, AGI, climate tech) and their commercial applications
- Certification in Futures Thinking, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- Experience leading cross-geographical teams with remote-first methodologies
- Strong data storytelling abilities with executive presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives launched in the past 5 years
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Design preferred
