Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen products (quantum applications, AR/VR ecosystems, AI-driven sustainability solutions)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for emerging tech disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching commercially successful futuristic products
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards and investors
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ innovation initiatives launched in past 5 years
