Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026-2030 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead ideation sessions for next-gen products using emerging tech (quantum computing, advanced AI, neuromorphic systems)
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Analyze competitive landscapes and patent landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor a cross-disciplinary team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or emerging tech consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, or advanced materials science
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with measurable market impact
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for translating visionary concepts into executable plans
- MS/PhD in relevant field or equivalent industry innovation leadership
- Portfolio showcasing futuristic projects or published thought leadership
