Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI, biotech, and clean energy sectors
- Lead moonshot projects with $10M+ budgets and cross-functional teams of 20+ specialists
- Develop strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global R&D institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Manage venture pipeline for emerging technologies with $50M+ investment potential
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property monetization initiatives
- Mentor next-gen innovators through FuturaLabs' global fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (10+ years experience)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science or equivalent tier publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on 5-10 year technology strategy
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic (global markets)
- Portfolio of 5+ patents or deployed innovations with societal impact
