- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptive opportunities
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and secure $5M+ annual budgets
- Champion ethical innovation principles in all product development cycles
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, product development, or R&D with proven 2026-future roadmap execution
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech)
- Track record of launching products with $10M+ market impact
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
