Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap spanning AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and validate disruptive opportunities aligned with market trends
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present innovation frameworks and strategic recommendations to the board of directors
- Mentor a high-performing innovation team while managing a $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in corporate strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced materials, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- PhD or MBA from Tier 1 institution with specialization in technology management
