Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI-driven automation and quantum computing integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Design and validate MVP prototypes for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic innovation briefings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles in product development lifecycle
- Mentor junior researchers through our FutureWorks Accelerator program
- Publish thought leadership in partnership with MIT Technology Review
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record launching technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network with DARPA, IARPA, or similar innovation ecosystems
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF or similar)
