- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers and engineers in agile methodologies
- Drive patent strategy and IP portfolio development for future tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or Harvard Business Review
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to global implementation
