Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across multiple verticals
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI, and biotechnology
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact potential
- Design and validate innovation frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proof strategies into organizational DNA
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in emerging technology forecasting or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products with market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute for the Future)
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario planning software
