Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized AI
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Architect innovation frameworks balancing technical feasibility, market readiness, and ethical implications
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype breakthrough solutions in our $200M innovation lab
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology roles at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or generative AI
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
