Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI frameworks for real-world applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop 2026-era cybersecurity protocols
- Architect scalable quantum neural networks with fault-tolerant capabilities
- Drive patent development for proprietary quantum-AI integration methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging quantum computing paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction protocols
- Proficiency with Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Demonstrated experience with quantum hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security frameworks
- Track record of leading projects with $1M+ research budgets
