Responsibilities
- Design hybrid quantum-AI architectures for scalable commercial applications
- Develop error-corrected quantum algorithms integrated with machine learning frameworks
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum neural networks and quantum-enhanced AI
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor utilization
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptographic systems
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present at global tech summits
- Mentor quantum-AI specialists in our Austin innovation center
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related computational field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or AI architecture
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum-computing applications
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, TensorFlow Quantum, or equivalent frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience leading technical teams in high-stakes R&D environments
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit simulation tools
