- Drive ethical AI standards for quantum computing applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development with published results
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and error correction
- Track record of securing federal research grants
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Experience leading teams of 10+ researchers
- Patents in quantum-AI hybrid systems preferred
