Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for AI acceleration
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems

- Author breakthrough publications in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum-AI hybrid architectures
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
- Secure external funding through NSF and DARPA proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (required)
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Published research in quantum-AI hybrid systems or error correction
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and secure research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and entanglement principles
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
