Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum error correction research
- Translate quantum theoretical concepts into practical engineering solutions
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies and systems
- Present findings at international quantum computing conferences and symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Proven track record of developing quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Familiarity with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience leading technical teams and managing R&D budgets
