Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit stability
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Develop proprietary error correction protocols for industrial-scale quantum processors
- Drive quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography standards
- Partner with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging quantum programming paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Demonstrated experience with cryogenic quantum systems and control electronics

- Strong background in topological quantum computing and Majorana fermions
