Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for real-world enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications
- Create quantum security protocols for next-gen data protection
- Author technical whitepapers and peer-reviewed publications
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and researchers
- Establish quantum computing standards for industry adoption
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 10+ years experience considered)
- 5+ years designing quantum systems or supercomputing architectures
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, IBM Quantum)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Track record of leading complex technical projects
