- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing interfaces for enterprise applications
- Lead development of quantum error correction protocols for real-world deployment
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize qubit connectivity and gate fidelity
- Create quantum security frameworks for next-generation cryptographic systems
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization problems in finance, logistics, and AI
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science/IEEE)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm optimization
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum error correction codes (surface code, color codes)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Track record of leading quantum computing projects with measurable outcomes
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
