Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for 2026-scale computational problems
- Oversee integration of quantum-classical hybrid systems in production environments
- Direct a multidisciplinary team of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Establish industry partnerships for quantum application commercialization
- Drive R&D initiatives in topological quantum computing
- Develop quantum-resistant security protocols for next-gen infrastructure
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits and academic forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years leading quantum computing research initiatives
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or hardware
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and error correction
- Experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Proven track record of securing $10M+ in research funding
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant architectures
