Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum network architectures supporting 10,000+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators with classical HPC infrastructure
- Establish security protocols for quantum-encrypted communications networks
- Create predictive models for quantum hardware scaling challenges post-2025
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize cryogenic control systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or large-scale HPC design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance protocols
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum control hardware
- Published research in quantum networking or topological quantum computing
