Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic roadmaps using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready products/services
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR) into commercial pipelines
- Curate and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Design and deliver immersive future-state simulations for client and internal decision-making
- Drive ESG 2030 initiatives through circular economy and sustainable innovation strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep technical fluency in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state frameworks or trend impact analyses
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in agile environments
