Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2026
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning models for geopolitical, technological, and economic shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Author quarterly trend reports and annual 2026 strategic forecasts
- Drive innovation workshops to embed future-thinking across organizational strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech trends
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent practical experience
