Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Lead 'Future Scenario Simulation' workshops with C-suite executives and global stakeholders
- Architect patent-pending innovation frameworks for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Direct $50M+ innovation portfolio from ideation to market deployment
- Pioneer industry-first standards for ethical AI and decentralized governance
- Establish FutureHorizon as the definitive voice in 2026 foresight through white papers and keynotes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ as C-suite futurist or equivalent
- Proven track record of commercializing exponential technologies (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ societal/technological shifts
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience scaling innovation teams across 50+ countries
- Fluency in quantum computing and synthetic biology paradigms
