Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Published white papers on exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech) cited by Gartner
- Experience leading cross-functional R&D teams with $10M+ innovation budgets
